Why Pink? Why a Flamingo?
Why Now?

Shame has changed sides.

For a long time, survivors were taught to take up less space. To soften, to apologise, to stay quiet so no one felt uncomfortable. The old version of this brand did that too — it hid.

Not anymore.

Why this pink?

I didn't choose bold pink by accident.

It's not soft-pink, apologetic pink, "please don't notice me" pink.

It's Hero Pink — bright, unmissable, deliberate. Pink has been coded as weak for long enough. Here, it means the opposite. Visible feminine strength.

A colour that says I'm not hiding this instead of I'm sorry to bother you.

The Flamingo

1.png

Watch a flamingo stand. One leg, perfectly balanced, completely still — and it holds that stance for hours.

That's not decoration. That's composed power.

It's what stabilisation actually looks like from the outside: steady, upright, unshaken — even while everything underneath is working hard to keep it that way.

Survivors know this stance. Most of you have been doing it for years.

The Big Cat Energy

Underneath the flamingo's pink is a leopard print — small, textured, felt more than seen.

That's the part of you that never left. The fierce, alive thing that got you through.

It's not chaos, and it was never a flaw.

It's strength that doesn't need to shout to be real.

The Calm Revolutionary

If ReConnected Life were a person, this is who she'd be: calm, clear, and completely unwilling to look away. Not loud. Not soft either. Steady in a way that changes rooms.

It's the way I aspire to become. And, I hope, am becoming.

That's the archetype behind everything — the words, the colours, the way I show up in a conference hall or a licensing conversation. Composed power. Not decoration.

This is your permission to be visible. Not performatively, not because you have to prove something — because hiding was never the healthy option, it was the only one available at the time.

This brand exists to say: that time is over.

This is your invitation to step into visibility, in whatever size feels true today. That might be reading this page. It might be one conversation. It might be standing on one leg, metaphorically, for a while before the other one feels steady too.

Either way — you don't have to do it in the shadows anymore.
